2010 National Jamboree

The council jamboree committee works in the background to ensure a quality experience for all participants. The Greater Yosemite Council jamboree committee began meeting every two weeks in September, 2007. The participation of local youth in the 2010 National Jamboree depends on the work of these dedicated individuals.

The council committee is responsible for overall organization of the local jamboree contingent. Committee members are responsible for a variety of tasks including: council relations, promotion, recruitment, adult leader selection, budget, transportation, equipment, health & safety, training and public relation.
