2010 National Jamboree

Greater Yosemite Council has completed the initial round of adult leader selection. Twelve Scoutmasters were selected to serve as jamboree leaders from a group 53 applicants. An additional several Scoutmasters were selected as reserve leaders.

This does not eliminate the possibility of others having the opportunity to serve as adult leaders for the 2010 jamboree. There is always a need for alternate leaders. Due to changing circumstances, those initially selected as leaders sometimes must step down from their positions. Trained replacement leaders are needed to fill those vacancies. Reserve leaders are chosen from those individuals who have remained active on the jamboree committee and who have completed all required training.
